Articles 1 | 2 Parent Endorsements 1 | 2 | 3 Letter from Parent June, 2013 I cannot believe the time is drawing near when my youngest child will be graduating from The Learning Tree! I first wrote a letter of endorsement for the school several years ago when I was only pregnant with him. At that time, my eldest child was already attending The Learning Tree and my middle child was going to start in the coming months. Not much has changed about my opinion of the school, the staff, and owner/administrators, since my first letter. The Learning Tree is a place where all three of my children have thrived, learning both academic and social lessons that they will take with them for life. Make no mistake, this is not a daycare, this is a school with a full academic curriculum that is taught in the context of promoting true learning and socialization at each child’s own level. The foundation for my children’s school career started at The Learning Tree, and each year they were there, and since they have graduated, I have witnessed their ability to navigate school with ease. Beyond the structured learning environment, are the people! It is the staff who truly make this a special place. Every person who works at the school has known my children and has had a positive impact on them in one way or another. Additionally, the owner and his son, are there daily and are really invested in the school, the kids and their families. I have great admiration and affection for all the staff. They have all made a contribution in the life of my children and any child who walks through The Learning Tree doors. It is with sadness that the last of my three children has completed his time at The Learning Tree. However, I know he is leaving with more knowledge, good friends and with a great experience of his days spent at The Learning Tree. It’s not fully over though, all of my children also attend summer camp through the school and attend the afterschool program where they receive help with their homework and get to socialize with friends afterward. These are great added features of knowing the school and the staff that I have utilized fully and will continue to do so. I could not recommend a greater place that supports and nurtures children while they learn. I am thrilled that I became a part of the The Learning Tree family and urge anyone to do the same! - Michelle Pedretti-Moussally
